He joined the KAF at the beginning of the war in 1970 till the end in 1975.
Former Boeing Engineer and former Chairman of the Cambodian Veterans Association, he was very active in the cambodian community in California. Especcialy for the Cambodia Town initiative
He will be missed. May he rest in eternal peace.
