We just lost another fine officer.
Our Khmer Air Force Veteran, Major Ouk, Socheat (EON 5) just passed away yesterday, April 1st 2021 at the age of 82 years old. He was my instructor when I was a cadet at Ecole Militaire Khmer (EMK) in 1969.
