I just received a sad news that one of our compatriots, former Khmer Air Force Pilot, Lieutenant Tan Ty (EON 8B) passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in P.Penh, Cambodia.

Cambodian Veterans expressed our deepest and sincere condolences to friends and family of the deceased.

We pray for his soul Rest In Peace.

Ou, Kim Noeun

Dear friends and members,

It’s with a heart broken to learn that my former brother in arms in the helicopter squadron, KAFV Capt. OU, KIM NOEUN, Class EON 8A passed away last Saturday, September 30, 2017 in Anaheim, California.
He came from Seattle, WA with his family to attend the wedding of his relative.

Cambodian Veterans shares this great lost and sorrow with friends and family of the deceased.

Chum Yuthan

Dear compatriots,
We just lost one of our elite brother, former Khmer Air Force pilot Major Chum, Yuthan (EON 6, flyer of C-47, AC-47, C-123 and AC-123 aircrafts) last Saturday August 12, 2017 at his hometown Honolulu, Hawaii.

MIN Born Chhay

Le Lt Born Chhay MIN, ancien Officier Mécanicien, nous a quitté le Vendredi 16 Juin 2017 à la suite d’une longue maladie à Paris 15e

Très actif parmi les vétérans et dans les associations khmères de la région parisienne, les vétérans de L’Armée de l’Air Khmère (KAF) regrettent profondément son départ. Nous partageons la douleur de sa famille.

Après son Baccalauréat, il passa le concours de l’école ESOT, 13e Promotion où il fut Major de Promotion.

 

L’incinération aura lieu le Vendredi 23 Juin 2017 à 15h00 au Crématorium de Champigny, 480 Avenue Mauris Thorès 94500 Champigny-Sur-Marne.

La cérémonie de 7e jour sera célébrée le Samedi 24 Juin 2017 à partir de 9h00 à la Pagode de Champs, 101 boulevard de la République 77420 Champs-Sur-Marne.

Dear friends and members,

I just received a sad news that our former KAF Maj. Sam, Chhorn passed away last Tuesday in Newport News, VA.
Maj. Sam was the chief mechanic of our helicopter squadron. His passing is a major loss for our Cambodian Veterans family.
We want to express our deepest and heartfelt condolences to friends and family of the deceased.

Le Capitaine Sisowath Chivan Monirak (2eme. Promotion) , né le 2 Fevrier 1936 est décédé ce 28 Decembre 2016 à Phnom Penh. Il n’a pas servi dans dans la KAF mais à l’époque de l’AvRK. Nous sommes toujours triste du départ d’un aviateur khmer.
